Remote Support (Optional)

If you request support and grant access, we may temporarily receive diagnostic bundles (configurations, logs, redacted where feasible) via secure channels. Processing is limited to support purposes, and we delete data after case closure unless you request retention for ongoing issues.

License Activation (Optional/Limited)

Proprietary modules may contact our servers to validate licenses/updates, sending minimal information (license key, hashed machine ID, IP, timestamp, product/version). You can request offline activation if preferred.
