A VLAN per subscriber line, or an outer tag per OLT and an inner tag per ONT, mapped to the right service.

Subscriber limits nest under a parent that represents the PON port, so oversubscription is enforced where it physically exists.

Framed prefixes and delegated prefixes so a fibre customer’s own network gets real IPv6.
